Refund policy

Every Country Rap Tunes piece is printed to order, just for you. Because of that, all sales are final, with one exception: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered because of a mistake on our end, we'll make it right.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged on our behalf. That includes:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Misprints or flaws in the print
  • The wrong item, size, or color than what you ordered

We can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color chosen at checkout, a change of mind, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

How to report a problem

Email support@countryraptunes.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the problem
  • A photo of the shipping label or package, if it arrived damaged

Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, your choice. You won't need to pay to ship anything back, and in most cases you won't need to return the item at all. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Lost or late orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or it hasn't moved in 10 days (30 days for international orders), email us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Cancellations

Because printing starts quickly, you can cancel or change an order only within 24 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as possible.

Digital products and services

Beat packs and other digital downloads, song submission fees, and radio commercials can't be returned. Their refund terms are in our Terms of Service (Sections 21 to 23). If a download link doesn't work or a file is corrupted, email us and we'll send a working copy.
