When will my order ship?
Your items are printed after you order them, by hand, so you can pick the exact product, color, and size you want. Printing takes 2 to 3 business days before your order ships. Some items, like posters, mugs, stickers, socks, pillows, and totes, are printed in different places and ship separately, so they may arrive on different days.
Shipping options and times
- US standard: 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 days to print, plus 3 to 5 days in transit)
- USPS Priority: 3 to 5 business days (1 to 2 days to print, plus 2 to 3 days in transit)
- USPS Priority Express: 2 to 4 business days (1 to 2 days to print, plus 1 to 2 days in transit)
- International: 1 to 3 weeks, including printing time
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Carriers
We ship with USPS and DHL in the US, and DHL internationally.
Duties and taxes
International orders may owe duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These aren't included in our shipping rates and are paid by the customer.
Tracking
You'll get an email confirmation when you place your order and another with a tracking link when it ships. Click that link to follow your package.
Missing an item?
Some items ship separately, so part of your order may still be on the way. Check your shipping emails for more than one tracking number.
Didn't receive your order?
If your US order was placed more than 10 days ago, or your international order more than 30 days ago, email support@countryraptunes.com or use the chat on our site, and we'll take care of it.
Damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, see our Refund Policy. Report it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Digital products
Beat packs and other digital downloads don't ship. You'll get a download link by email and on your order confirmation page right after payment.
